There could be several reasons why Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery widget is not appearing on your cart page. Check if you have:


1. Enable the widget on your theme

Follow our Online Store 2.0 guide to ensure the widget is correctly enabled on the right theme.


2. Enable pickup, shipping or delivery

In order for our widget to display you must have at least one checkout method (pickup, delivery or shipping) enabled.

To enable pickup, delivery or shipping as a checkout method, go to Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery > Settings > Select the checkout method > Enable > Save.


3. Set products to require shipping

By default, our widget will be hidden from view if the customer's cart contains only digital items. Digital items are products with “This product requires shipping” setting unticked.

You can easily update all of your products using Shopify's bulk product editor—search for the Requires shipping product property.


4. Place the widget

If Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery cannot locate the checkout button, in your Online store > Theme files > cart file, you can prepend this code to your checkout button:

You can also add this code in your cart page if you'd like to change the placement of the widget.


5. Check for incompatible apps

Sometimes an incompatible app may prevent our app from showing. Check our app compatibility guide and ensure all your downloaded apps are compatible, and consider removing any that are not.
