Widget not visible on your shopping cart page?

  1. Enable pickup, shipping or delivery
  2. Ensure "This is a physical item" is checked on all products
  3. Ensure widget is installed on your theme

Enable pickup, shipping or delivery

It may sound obvious, but often overlooked. In order for our widget to display you must have at least one checkout method; pickup, delivery or shipping enabled. Follow the video below to learn how to enable pickups. The same principles apply for delivery and shipping.



Ensure your items have "This is a physical item" checked

By default our widget will be hidden from view if the customers basket contains only digital items. Digital items are classed as any product with "This is a physical item" unchecked. 

You can easily update all of your products using Shopify's bulk product editor tool as shown below.
