Cleverific Order Editor allows your customers to edit any order detail like price, shipping and tax, or let customers edit their orders on your terms.
Cleverific Order Editor is partially compatible with Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery.
Custom fields
If you need to change Zapiet attributes in the Custom fields section, we recommend editing the order directly in our app instead. Any changes made in Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery will automatically update the details in Shopify order dashboard and Cleverific.
Changing the attributes in Cleverific will only update the information in Shopify's order dashboard and can cause issues when opening orders within Zapiet.
Customer portal
Cleverific Order Editor allows your customers to edit their order from the order status page.
Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery is compatible with all settings in the Customer editing section. The changes your customer makes to the order will be reflected in our app.
By default, customers are also allowed to change the shipping address of the order if none of the Fraud Protection settings are enabled. Please keep your rate conditions in mind (if you're charging a higher rate for addresses further away).
For pickup, if you are using correct modified shipping address setting in Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery > Settings > Pickup > Order Processing, any changes made to the shipping address will be reverted.
