You need to check the rates tab within Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery to find your rates version. You could be using:
Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery rates
If you have installed our app after August 2023, your store is more likely to be using Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery rates.
In Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery, click Rates.
If your Rates tab looks like the one shown on the screenshot below, you're using Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery rates.

Rates with Carrier Service API
Requirements
You need to have the Carrier Service API enabled on your Shopify plan.
You can read more about this in our Shopify Carrier Service API guide.
If you have installed our app before August 2023, and you have not contacted our support team recently, your store is more likely to be using rates with Carrier Service API.
In Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery, click Rates.
If your Rates tab looks like the one shown on the screenshot below, you're using rates with Carrier Service API.
