If there was an issue with order processing and the attributes weren't added automatically, you can add them manually.
When the customer has selected the details in our widget on the cart page, their selection will be added to the line item as the ZapietID. You can check the ZapietID to find your customer's selection and then manually add those details as order attributes.
Please note, the ZapietID will only show if your store is using Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery for rates.
Check the ZapietID
If the order has the ZapietID but no attributes, then the order may not have been processed correctly.
On the affected order, you can use the details in the ZapietId to determine the customer's selection, and then use the Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery button in the 'More Actions' menu on the order to update the order information correctly.
M=P means checkout method is pickup.
P stands for pickup, D for delivery, and S for shipping.
L=240348 means the location with the ID 240348.
You can find the location ID in Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery > Locations > Advanced > Zapiet Location ID.
D=2023-06-06 means the date the customer selected is 06 June 2023.
T18:00:00Z means the order time is at 18:00.
Once you have checked the ZapietID, you can manually add the attributes to the order.
Add the attributes
In Shopify, click Orders.
Open the order you wish to edit.
Click More actions and select Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery
The order will now open in Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery and you'll be able to edit the details.
Select the checkout method and fill in the order information.
The order will now be visible in Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery and the attributes will be added in Shopify.
You'll be able to add the delivery details which you have turned on in the settings (e.g. if you don't have the date picker, you won't be able to select the date).
For pickup and shipping, you'll need to add all the details, regardless of the settings.
All the additional rules will not be applied when adding details to draft orders (e.g. blackout dates, preparation times, product date restrictions)—all dates and time slots will be available.
The ZapietID will only show if you are using Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery for rates. If the rates have been disabled then it will not show on the order.
