In some cases, your customers will be able to bypass our widget on your cart page. When customers bypass our widget, the order will not be processed by our app.

That means the order:

  • Will have no information about the method (date/time)

  • Will not show in our app

  • Will not be tagged

  • Will not be sent to any connected partners

  • May not have the correct pickup/delivery/shipping rate applied.

In that case, we will show fallback rates to your customers so they can still checkout.

To avoid customers bypassing the widget:

  1. Disable the Buy Now button

  2. Check if the Express checkout methods appear before customers select options in our widget

  3. Check if you are using an incompatible app that takes over the checkout button

After you have fixed the cause of the issue, you can manually add the attributes to orders so they show up in the Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery dashboard.
