Standards and formats

Change your time, distance and weight format and calendar starting day

When you first install the app, we automatically set the standards and formats for your store. You can change the time, distance, or weight format, as well as the day your calendar starts on.


Change the formats

  1. Click Settings, then Standards and formats.

  2. Set your preferred Distance format, Time format and/or Weight format.

  3. Set your preferred Calendar starting date, Date format and Month header.​

  4. If you offer multiple languages, repeat step 3 for all languages.

  5. Click Save.

Weight format

The weight format set here will be applied to:

  • The rates page, if the weight-based rates were added.


Calendar starting day

There is an additional option for Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Japanese, and Korean: Day, Year, Month, Date.


Month header

The month header set here will be applied to:

There is an additional option for Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Japanese, and Korean: Year, Month.


Limitations

  • Format changes will not be applied to:

  • The delivery and pickup time within location settings will always be in 12-hour format.

  • The calendar starting day will not be applied to the checkout widget.
