Standards and formats
Learn how to change your time, distance and weight format

When you first install the app, we automatically set the standards and formats for your store. You can change the time, distance, or weight format in the settings.

Change the formats

  1. In Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery, click Settings.

  2. Click Standards and formats.

  3. Set your preferred Distance format, Time format and/or Weight format.

  4. Click Save.

Distance format

The distance format set here will be applied to:

  • Delivery validation within a location, if you are using maximum radius or maximum driving distance methods within Settings > Local delivery > Delivery validation.

Time format

The time format set here will be applied to:

  • The delivery and pickup time on orders in Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery.

  • Pickup and delivery time slots in the Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery widget.

Weight format

The weight format set here will be applied to:

  • The rates page, if the weight-based rates were added.


  • Format changes will not be applied to:

    • Automated tags for pickup and delivery date and time.

    You can change them within the general pickup and delivery settings.

  • The delivery and pickup time within location settings will always be in 12-hour format.
