Pausing your Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery subscription

You can pause your subscription for as long as you need, and we’ll keep your settings in our database. During this time, all Zapiet widgets will be hidden from your online store, and Zapiet rates will be temporarily disabled.

When you’re ready to resume your subscription, your settings will be fully restored.


Pause your subscription

  1. Click Settings, then Subscription.

  2. Click Pause subscription.

  3. Click Pause subscription.

Your subscription is now paused. The Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery widgets will no longer show on your store, the rates will be removed and the POS tiles will be disabled.

Resume your subscription

  1. Click Orders, then Resume subscription.

  2. Click Resume subscription.

  3. Select a payment method, and approve the app charge.

Your Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery subscription will resume, and your previous settings will be restored. You may need to re-enable the app embed if you disabled it while your subscription was paused.


Notes

  • In Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery, you can only access orders made within the last 60 days.
    If you pause your subscription for a long time, you may be unable to open old orders within the app, but you can still open them in the Shopify dashboard.

  • You can pause monthly or annual subscriptions.

  • Pausing your subscription won’t reduce or cancel the cost for the current month.

  • Any unused days in the paused month are not saved or carried over when you resume.
