Customizing the order dashboard

Change your column configuration and order views

The order dashboard can be customized to highlight the information that is important to you.


Configure the column view

You can choose which columns to display and the order in which they appear.

  1. Open the Orders tab.

  2. Click Columns icon - click this to edit the columnscolumns.

  3. To reorder the columns, click and drag the column to the desired place.

  4. To hide columns, click the Eye icon - click this to show/hide columns visibility icon.
    Click the icon again to show the column.

  5. When you have finished editing the dashboard, click Save.

The columns will now appear in your preferred order and visibility settings will be saved. You can add a different configuration for your draft orders.


View orders

You can choose how your orders are sorted.

  1. Click Sorting icon - click this to choose how orders are sorted. Sort.

  2. Select which orders will appear first.
    Choose from:

    • Order

    • Delivery method

    • Created at

    • Selected date

    • Location

    • Customer

    • Items

    • Order total

    • Status

    • Payment

  3. Select the order they will appear in.
    Depending on your previous selection, this can be:

    • A-Z or Z-A

    • Oldest or newest

    • Highest or lowest

  4. You can also click on the name of a column to sort by its contents. Click it again to reverse the order.

Your orders will now appear as selected.


Filter orders

You can also filter your orders.

  1. Click Search and filter icon - click this to search for or filter your orders. Search and filter, or press F on desktop.

  2. Click Add filter +.

  3. Choose from:

    • Date

    • Location

    • Delivery method

    • Order status

    • Tags

Then specify the relevant details for each filter. You can add multiple filters to further refine your search.
