Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery offers multiple plan options, billing periods and pricing for different store types. You can read more about how your bill is calculated in the Shopify App charges article.

Plan changes
You can change your Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery billing period or subscription by going to Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery > Settings > Subscription > View plans and pricing.
You can pay monthly or yearly, and there are 3 plan options.
Monthly to annual
If you change mid-month to an annual plan, the monthly charge will get adjusted pro rata and both charges will appear on the bill. As Shopify handles the billing of the charge, you will need to check in with their support for more information on the billing cycle.
Annual to monthly
Annual plans are not refundable and cannot be downgraded. After signing up for an annual plan, it is not possible to downgrade until the end of the billing period. Please contact our support team if you wish to downgrade or switch to monthly billing upon your annual plan’s renewal date.
Upgrade your plan
You can upgrade your plan at any time. Shopify will calculate the fees at the end of the month pro rata. The amount of time you are on each plan will be proportionally added to your bill.
For example, if you begin a 30-day billing cycle on a $5.00 plan, and upgrade to a $15.00 plan on day 15 of the billing cycle, then you're charged $5.00 + ($15.00 - $5.00) * (15/30) = $10.00 USD.

Downgrade your plan
You can downgrade your plan at any time if you are paying monthly, and the fees will be calculated proportionally to how long you were on each plan. If you are paying annually, you will need to wait until the end of your billing period to change over.
Billing
Pause your billing
You can pause your subscription if needed. Please note the price of your subscription remains the same even if you pause it during the billing cycle.
For example, if your billing period runs from September 15th to October 15th and you pause on September 28th, you will still be charged for the entire month. Any unused days will not be saved when you resume your subscription.

Refunds
Please note, our app fees are generally non-refundable as per our Terms.
Billing charges
If you see two charges for Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery on your invoice, double check the dates for each charge. You can be charged for two different months on the same invoice, depending on the Shopify invoice date. You will not be charged for the same month twice.
In this example invoice, the first charge is for the billing period March 28th - April 27th, and the second is for April 27th - May 27th.

Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery has five different subscription plans—for our full price list, please check out our website.
Tax
Zapiet pricing is sales tax (VAT) exclusive, as this is calculated separately by Shopify on your invoice.
Partner stores
Our app has an unlimited free trial on development stores created via the Shopify Partner Program. Please note, these stores are not real stores and cannot accept orders. Usage of our app is free on this type of store until it is converted to a paid Shopify plan.
Plus sandbox stores
Our app has a 14-day free trial on regular paid Shopify stores and Plus test stores, after which billing for your chosen plan will start automatically.
Our app has free usage available for Shopify Plus stores used only for development purposes. Please reach out to our team to have the correct subscription type applied to your store.
Non-profit organization pricing
Our app has 5 levels of subscription plan available. We have the following special pricing offers for non-profit organizations:
