If you would like to remind your customers of the selections they made in the cart widget or the checkout widget, you can add our order status widget to the order status page.

If you're unable to use the order status widget, contact us on chat and let us know. We will offer you an alternative solution.


Enable the widget

  1. Click Settings, then Themes and checkouts.

  2. In Order status page section, click Customize checkout.

  3. Click Checkout, then Order status.

  4. Click Add app block.

  5. Click Order status widget by Zapiet Pick+Delivery.

  6. You will see our widget at the order status page.

  7. Click Save.

When you enable the order status widget on the order status page, we will automatically enable the order status widget on the Thank you page as well.


Publish the order status page

If you're enabling the order status widget for the first time, you will need to publish the order status page on your theme. If your order status page is published, you can skip this section.

  1. In Online Store > Themes tab, click Customize next to the theme you want to edit.

  2. Click Home page, then Checkout and new customer accounts.

  3. Click Checkout, then Order status.

  4. Click Publish.

  5. Click Publish.

The order status extension widget is now enabled on your store. It will remind your customers of the pickup, delivery, or shipping date and time selected in our cart or checkout widget.


Notes

  • You can customize the text in the order status widget by going to Settings > Text and Design > Order Status.
