Gophr provides a last-mile delivery service for your local delivery orders.
To automatically send your orders to Gophr, we recommend connecting your Gophr account to Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery.
Requirements
You need to be on the Essential plan or higher with Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery
Your store must be located in the UK.
Your store will need access to the Carrier Service API, and Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery will need to be added as a carrier to your domestic shipping profile.
You must have an active Gophr account and API key.
Contact Gophr support and ask them for an API key to use with Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery.
You must have the delivery date and time picker enabled within Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery.
Enable this in Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery > Settings > Local Delivery.
You need to add weight to your products.
Activate Gophr
Within Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery, open Settings and click Last mile delivery.
Click Activate Gophr.
Enter your Gophr API key and click Activate Gophr.
Gophr has now been activated—to finish setting up, you need to configure your settings.
Configure settings
Add a support email address.
This will be used to notify you if there is an error when scheduling an order.
Select the locations Gophr should handle deliveries for.
Not all locations need to be selected if you're using more than one delivery service.
For all ticked locations, you need to add a contact name and a valid contact phone number.
You can choose to add tracking details to each order.
With this setting enabled, your orders will automatically be fulfilled in Shopify.You do not need to configure the packaging settings—this is an upcoming feature.
Click Save.
Orders should now be sent to Gophr when they are created. If you are creating test orders, make sure your pickup and delivery addresses are different.
Configure rates
You can use Gophr rates or Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery rates for your local deliveries.
Use Gophr rates
Tick Enable Gophr rates.
You can customize the rate name, and add a description if needed.
If you would like to offer free delivery over a certain value:
tick the free delivery option,
add the minimum order value over which delivery should be free.
If needed, add a handling fee and click Save.

Find the Delivery section and click Disable delivery rates.
Click Confirm, disable rates.
Click Save.
Your local delivery rates will only be generated by Gophr now. If you are creating test orders, make sure your pickup and delivery addresses are different.
Use Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery rates
If you're not using Gophr for rates, the phone number field in the checkout should be a required section.
You can set this in Shopify admin > Checkout > Customer information.Within Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery > Rates, find the Delivery section.
Configure the settings.
You can change the price for delivery, the rate name, or add a third-party carrier.

Disable Gophr
If you would like to stop using Gophr, you can disable it.
Within Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery, open Settings and click Last mile delivery.
Find Gophr and click Configure settings.
Click Disable Gophr.
If you were using Gophr rates, add new checkout rates in the Rates tab for Local Delivery. For more information you can take a look at our charging for delivery article.
Notes
For any questions about the rate value, please contact Gophr support—we only show the rates they generate.
Canceled orders in Shopify will also be canceled in Gophr.
Limitations:
Customers cannot use Express checkout methods or a third-party sales channel such as Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest.
Troubleshooting
Ensure you are using the correct API key.
Add a Contact name and Contact phone number to all locations Gophr handles deliveries for.
Add a support email address to get notifications about failed orders.
If you are testing rates, make sure to use different pickup and delivery addresses.
