UniHop is a delivery service platform that offers fast, same-day delivery for a wide range of items.

To automatically send your orders to UniHop, we recommend connecting your UniHop account to Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery.
Requirements
You need to be on the Essential plan or higher with Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery
Your store must be located in the US.
You must have an active UniHop account and an API Key.
Go to your Account, and you’ll see “Secret Code” on the left-hand side. Use that code for your credentials.
You must have our delivery date and time picker enabled.
Enable this in Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery > Settings > Local Delivery.
Activate UniHop
Click Settings, then Last mile delivery.
Click Activate UniHop.
Enter your UniHop API Key and click Activate UniHop.
UniHop has now been activated—to finish setting up, you need to configure your settings.
Configure settings
Add your Account email.
Enter the email associated with your UniHop account.
Select the Style of delivery.
Select between Special handling or Custom. For custom delivery style, please reach out to UniHop support team.
Add a support email address.
This will be used to notify you if there is an error when scheduling an order.
Select the locations UniHop should handle deliveries for.
Not all locations need to be selected if you're using more than one delivery service.
For all ticked locations, you need to add a contact name and a valid contact phone number.
You can choose to add tracking details to each order.
With this setting enabled, your orders will automatically be fulfilled in Shopify.
Tick Send tracking details to customer if you want to notify your customers via email that their delivery has been successfully scheduled for delivery.
Click Save.
Orders should now be sent to UniHop when they are created. If you are creating test orders, make sure your pickup and delivery addresses are different.
Disable UniHop
If you would like to stop using UniHop, you can disable it.
Open Settings, click Last mile delivery.
Find UniHop, then click Configure settings.
Click Disable UniHop.
Your UniHop integration should now be disabled.
Notes
Cancelled orders in Shopify will also be cancelled in UniHop.
Each Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery location can only be connected to one last mile delivery provider.
Limitations
Customers cannot use third-party sales channels such as Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest.
Updated orders will not be automatically sent to UniHop, you will need to manually edit the order in UniHop.
Shop Pay and Paypal are the only supported Express checkout methods. Other methods, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, will show no rates and customers will be unable to checkout.
Troubleshooting
Add a Contact name and Contact phone number to all locations UniHop handles deliveries for.
Add a support email address to get notifications about failed orders.
