Export your shipping orders from Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery to different apps and services using Zapier.

We recommend Shopify Flow for workflow automation.

Pickup, delivery, and shipping orders are separated, so you will need to create a separate zap for each type of order.

If you want to export pickup or delivery orders, take a look at our articles below.

Requirements

  • You need to be on the Advanced plan or higher in Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery.

  • You need to have a Zapier account.

  • You need to have at least one recent shipping order in our app.

  • When creating Zaps, make sure you're using the latest available version, 2.1.0.

    • Versions 2.0.0 and 2.0.1 are considered legacy and should not be used.

Activate Zapier

Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery is not a public Zap, so you will need to add it from our app.

If you have already activated Zapier by setting up pickup or delivery Zaps, skip this section and go directly to Create a shipping order Zap or Create an updated shipping order Zap sections.

  1. Click Settings, then click External services.

  2. Click Activate Zapier.

  3. Copy the Zapiet API key, as you will need it later.

  4. Click the link in the setup guide to log into your Zapier account.

  5. Click Accept Invite & Build a Zap.

You will now be able to create Zaps using Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery as a trigger (starting point) for the Zap.

Create a shipping order Zap

Make sure you have created a test shipping order.

When creating Zaps, make sure you're using the latest available version, 2.1.0. Versions 2.0.0 and 2.0.1 are considered legacy and should not be used.

  1. In Zapier, go to the Zaps page, then click + Create.

  2. In a Trigger field, search for Zapiet, and select Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery (2.1.0).

  3. As a Trigger event, choose New Shipping Order.

  4. Click Continue.

  5. If this is your first time setting up a Zap, you will need to create a new account. Click + Connect a new account.
If you've already added a new account, select that one from the list.

  6. If you're creating a new account, in the pop-up, add the API key you've copied from Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery and click Yes, Continue to Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery (2.1.0).

  7. Click Continue.

  8. Click Test your trigger.

You should now see at least one of your delivery orders. Click Continue with selected record, and continue setting up the rest of your Zap.

Create an updated shipping order Zap

When creating Zaps, make sure you're using the latest available version, 2.1.0. Versions 2.0.0 and 2.0.1 are considered legacy and should not be used.

  1. In Zapier, go to the Zaps page, then click + Create.

  2. In a Trigger field, search for Zapiet, and select Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery (2.1.0).

  3. As a Trigger event, choose Updated Shipping Order.

  4. Click Continue.

  5. If you've already added a new account, select that one from the list.

  6. Click Continue.

  7. Click Test trigger, but we will skip the test for updated order trigger as Zapier is unable to recognise it in a test.

  8. Click Skip test.

Click Continue, and continue setting up the rest of your Zap.

Limitations

  • Draft orders will only be sent to Zapier after they have been marked as paid and a real order is created.

    • Add Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery details to the draft order before it has been marked as paid to create a Zap.

Troubleshooting

  • If you're facing issues with orders not being sent to Zapier, ensure you're using Zaps that feature the most recent version of our integration, 2.1.0.
