You can export your orders through Store Pickup + Delivery into a CSV file.

We offer the default template. For any complex customizations, you can use apps like Exportify or Better reports.


To use export orders, you will need to:

  • Be on the Advanced plan or higher with Store Pickup + Delivery

Exporting orders

  1. Within Store Pickup + Delivery, open the Orders tab.
    You can also view your orders in the Dashboard.

  2. Select the orders you'd like to export. You can also filter them first if needed.

  3. Click Actions, and then Export to CSV.

  4. In the pop-up, enter your email address, and click Export orders.

  5. You should get an email with the download link to the email you provided. Click Download orders.

Your export file should look similar to the one below.

Orders containing multiple products will be duplicated, with each product added in a separate line.


  • You can only export orders made in the last 60 days (Shopify limitation)—if you need to export older orders, you can use apps like Exportify or Better reports.

  • You can only export to one email address at a time.

  • If you are using Microsoft Excel, the data will be changed to scientific notation by default.
