Wrong date format

If you see the “Wrong date format” error message when opening an order in Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery, it means that the Pickup-Date, Delivery-Date, or Shipping-Date attribute is in a format our app doesn’t recognize.

Please note that the date needs to be in the YYYY/MM/DD format. The attribute format cannot be changed as it will not match the Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery settings.


Review the date format

To check the date format of an order, look for Pickup-Date, Delivery-Date or Shipping-Date under Additional details.


Fix the date format

Order attributes in Shopify should not be edited manually. If you edit the format manually, you will not be able to open this order in Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery.

  1. Open the order you wish to edit.

  2. Click More actions, then Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery.

  3. Select the checkout method and the date to match the original order details.

  4. Click Save.

Now the order will have correct date format in the attributes.
