Wrong date format error message when opening an order in Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery means that the Pickup-Date, Delivery-Date, or Shipping-Date attribute is in a format our app doesn’t recognize. Please note that the date needs to be in the YYYY/MM/DD format.

Reviewing date format

To see the date format of an order:

1. Go to Shopify Orders

2. Click an order

3. Look for Pickup-Date/Delivery-Date/Shipping-Date under Additional details

Fixing date format

The easiest way to fix the date format is by letting our app re-add the attributes.

  1. Go to Shopify Orders

  2. Click an order

  3. Click More actions > Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery

  4. Select the checkout method and the date you want

  5. Click Save

If you want to fix the date manually:

  1. Go to Shopify Orders

  2. Click an order

  3. Click Edit next to Additional Details

  4. Edit the date to the YYYY/MM/DD format

  5. Click Save
