View all postal codes entered into your delivery validator, and check the most popular addresses and whether they were validated or rejected.
You can also download the logs as a CSV file.
Requirements
You need to be on the Professional plan or higher.
You need to use either Exact postal code matching or Partial postal code matching in Settings > Local delivery > Distance validation.
Viewing address logs
Click Reports.
Under Postal code logs, you can view the daily overview of the total entries, how many were validated and how many were out of range.
Click View logs.
You can review the addresses entered, if they were validated, and the amount of times the address was entered.
You can filter the logs by date or by validation status.
To filter by date, click Date range and select the start date and the end date.
To filter by validation status, click Validation and tick Validated or Out of range.
To download the report as a CSV, click the download button at the top right.
The report will be downloaded to your device.
