You can connect Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery to Klaviyo, in order to improve your customer analytics

Klaviyo provides a marketing automation platform, used primarily for email and SMS marketing.

You can connect Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery to Klaviyo, in order to improve your customer analytics. Once a customer creates an order, events will be sent to Klaviyo containing all relevant information about the customer and the order.

Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery attributes can be read by Klaviyo with or without the integration.

The integration allows our app to send events to Klaviyo, which can then be used for analytics or triggers.


  • You need to have an active Klaviyo account

  • You need to be on the Pro plan or higher with Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery

Activate Klaviyo

  1. In Klaviyo, click on your user profile in the bottom left corner, then click Settings.

  2. In the settings tab, click API keys.

  3. Click Create Private API Key.

  4. Create a Custom Key with access to Read/Write Events.

  5. Click Create.

  6. Copy the API key you've created.

  7. In Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery, click Settings, then click External services.

  8. Click Activate Klaviyo.

  9. Paste your private API key.

  10. Click Activate Klaviyo.

The Klaviyo integration is now enabled on your store.

Events will be visible in your Metrics and Audience Profiles.

Disable Klaviyo

If you would like to stop using Klaviyo integration, you can disable it.

  1. Within Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery > Settings > External services, find Klaviyo and click Disable Klaviyo.

  2. Click Confirm, disable Klaviyo.

Your Klaviyo integration will now be disabled.
