Automatic order fulfillment works with pickup and delivery.
To make sure your orders are fulfilled from the location selected in our widget, you need to enable Mark as fulfilled once picked up and Mark as fulfilled once dispatched settings.
If you're using our Shopify inventory integration, you can also fulfill orders automatically when they are created, and then manage them in our app.
Enable fulfillment for pickup
By default, the order will be created in Shopify, processed in our app and stock will be taken from the priority location in Shopify.
When you enable this setting for pickup, you'll need to mark the order as ready for pickup and then picked up—Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery will then force Shopify to fulfill this order from the correct location and adjust the stock.

To enable this setting for pickup:
Go to Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery > Settings > Store pickup.
Tick the Mark as fulfilled once picked up field.
Connect your Zapiet and Shopify locations.
Click Save.
For orders where items are stocked in more than one Shopify locations, we are only able to fulfill from one location–the one connected to the Zapiet location assigned to the order.

Open Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery > Settings > Local delivery.
Tick the Mark as fulfilled once dispatched field.
Connect your Zapiet and Shopify locations.
Click Save.

Shipping fulfillment
Shipping fulfillment is enabled on your store by default. Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery will fulfill shipping orders from the first location in your Shopify Settings > Locations list. If you want it disabled, contact us on chat.
For orders where items are stocked in more than one Shopify locations, we are only able to fulfill from one location–your default Shopify location. You need to fulfill the rest of the order manually (Shopify limitation).
