Onro is a delivery managment that can automate delivery process, generate labels, keep your customers in the loop and track your drivers in real time.
To automatically send your orders to Onro, we recommend connecting your Onro account to Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery.
Requirements
You need to be on the Essential plan or higher with Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery.
You must have our delivery date and time picker enabled.
Enable this in Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery > Settings > Local Delivery.
You must have an active Onro account and the Onro API key.
Your store needs to be located in UAE, Barhain, Denmark, Dominican Republic, UK, Lithuania, Netherlands, Sweden, or the US.
Activate Onro
Within Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery, click Settings and then Fleet Management.
In Onro, click Activate Onro.
Enter your Onro API key, and click Activate Onro.
Onro has now been activated—to finish setting up, you need to configure your settings.
Configure settings
Click on Choose Pickup Location from Onro Address Book if you want to use the pickup address configured in Onro.
Add a support email address. It will be used to notify you if there is an error when scheduling an order.
Select the locations Onro should handle deliveries for. Not all locations need to be selected if you're using more than one delivery service.
For all ticked locations, you need to add a contact name and a valid contact phone number.
You can choose to add tracking details to each order. With this setting enabled, your orders will automatically be fulfilled within Shopify.
Click Save.
Orders should now be sent to Onro when they are created.
Disable Onro
If you would like to stop using Onro, you can disable it.
Within Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery, open Settings and click Fleet management.
In Onro and click Configure settings.
Scroll down and click Disable Onro.
Your Onro integration should now be disabled.
Troubleshooting
Ensure you are using the correct API key.
Add a Contact name and Contact phone number to all locations Onro handles deliveries for.
Add a support email address to get notifications about failed orders.
