Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery can be connected with multiple last mile delivery (LMD) providers for a seamless integration. With an active integration set up, delivery orders will be automatically sent from Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery to the LMD provider of your choice.
If you use express checkout methods and last-mile delivery rates, the rates will not be generated, preventing checkout. This is because some express checkout methods like Apple Pay or Google Pay do not share the full customer address for privacy reasons.
In this case, we recommend using Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery rates, or removing express checkout options from your cart and checkout page, and instead offering them only as a payment method.

Access last mile delivery settings
Before setting up the integration in Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery settings, make sure you have set up an account with the last mile delivery provider of your choice.
Click Settings, then Last mile delivery.
Find your preferred provider.
You can filter by Trusted partners, or Country.
Activate the provider and follow the integration guide.
Can't find your preferred carrier?
We're constantly working to expand our list of supported carriers. If you don't see your preferred carrier listed, please let us know and we'll do our best to add them.

Enter Carrier name, Carrier country and Carrier website (if known).
Enter Your name and email.
Click Submit request.
Our team will review your request and contact you if we are able to create an integration with your requested carrier.
