Blackout dates prevent customers from selecting delivery on specific dates of the year. These settings need to be set up individually for each location.



Requirements

  • Delivery date picker must be enabled.
    You can check this setting in Store Pickup + Delivery > Settings > Local delivery, under date and time pickers.


Add a delivery blackout date

  1. Click Locations from the main menu.

  2. Click the location name you want to add a blackout date to.

  3. Go to Local delivery and click Edit settings.

  4. Find the Blackout dates section. Click Select a date to begin adding blackout dates.

  5. After you have selected a date, click Add date.

  6. If you want to select a range of blackout dates, select the start date, then the end date, and then click Add date.


  7. After you have added all of your blackout dates, click Save.


Repeat this process for all of your locations where you want to use blackout dates.


Remove a delivery blackout date

  1. Click the trash icon next to the blackout date you want to remove.

  2. Repeat for all blackout dates you want to remove, then click Save.

Repeat this process for all of your locations where you want to remove blackout dates.


Limitations

  • Individual product date restrictions will override blackout dates.
