Learn how to show FedEx rates only when customers select shipping in our widget.
After May 2024, FedEx retired their FedEx Web services API. If you're using our rates with the carrier API and would like to use the FedEx rates integration, please reach out to us on chat, and we will upgrade you to Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery rates.
Requirements
You need to use Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery rates.
You will need to have an active account with FedEx.
All products that require shipping need to be marked as a Physical product in Shopify.
Enable FedEx
Our latest rates feature allows merchants to use Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery rates without needing access to Shopify Carrier Service API. Take a look at our Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery rates article for more details.
To integrate FedEx with Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery rates, please add FedEx in Shopify.
Any rates in Shopify that are not set up within Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery will be seen as shipping rates. This will ensure that your customers see discounted rates provided by FedEx.
For any questions about the rate value, please contact FedEx.
Disable FedEx
If you no longer want to use calculated shipping by FedEx, then you can disconnect your FedEx carrier account from your Shopify admin.
Troubleshooting
For any questions about FedEx functionality (rate values, tracking), please contact FedEx support in your country.
Check which version of the rates am I using, and ensure you are using Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery rates.
