Pickup availability can be set up for all days of the week, certain days of the week, or specific dates of the year. Each location has its own calendar, and so it needs to be set up individually.
Enable pickup date picker
Each location can have it’s own set of available pickup dates, and each one needs to be set up separately.
Click the location name you want to edit.
Find the Store Pickup section and click Edit settings.
Find the Date and time pickers section and Enable pickup date picker.
Find the Pickup availability section and select a setting. There is more information below for each option.
Repeat this process for all of your locations that offer date picking for pickup.
Configure pickup days
Every day of the week
If you offer pickups every day of the week, select Every day of the week and click Save.
Your customers will now see a calendar in the widget and will need to select one of the available pickup days.
Specific days of the week
If you only allow customers to pick up on specific days of the week, click Specific days of the week and tick the days of the week when you offer pickup.
Click Save.
Your customers will now see a calendar in the widget and will need to select one of the available pickup days.
Specific dates of the year
Select Specific dates of the year. This is useful if you sell at trade shows and/or farmer's markets.
Click Select a date to begin adding the pickup dates. After you have selected a date, click Add date.
If you want to select a range of pickup dates, select the start date, then the end date, and then click Add date.
After you have added all your pickup dates, click Save.
Your customers will now see a calendar in the widget and will need to select one of the available pickup dates.
Disable pickup date-picker
If you don't want to allow customers to select a pickup date, you can disable the date picker.
Click the location name you want to edit.
Find the Store Pickup section and click Edit settings.
Find the Date and time pickers section and untick Enable pickup date picker.
Click Save.
The pickup calendar will now be disabled in the widget.
