Exportify allows you to export order data in the exact format you need.


Requirements

  • You need to have the Exportify app installed on your Shopify store.

  • You need to have an active subscription with Exportify.


Activate Exportify

  1. Within Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery click Settings, then click External services.

  2. Find Order exporting section and click Activate Exportify.

You have now activated Exportify integration, and you can use it to export your orders.


Export your orders

  1. Within Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery, go to the Orders tab.

  2. If needed, filter or sort your orders.

    You can filter by date, date range, location, checkout method, or order status.
    You can sort these orders by newest/oldest.

  3. Select the orders you want to export.
    You can select all orders by ticking the checkbox at the top.

  4. Click Apps, then click Exportify.

This will open a new tab in Exportify, and the exported order file will be downloaded.

The export file will look similar to the one below.


Disable Exportify

If you no longer want to use Exportify with Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery, you can disable the integration.

  1. Within Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery click Settings, then click External services.

  2. Find Order exporting section and click Disable Exportify.

You have now disabled Exportify integration.


Notes

  • If you have set a data retention policy in Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery, then you can only export orders from Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery within that time frame.
    You can still export older orders from your Shopify dashboard.
