The ordering page is where customers browse your menu and place an order online. From Settings, you can customize its header banner, how menus and filters are displayed, product cards, and featured items.
Ordering page
Ordering page settings cover the header banner, menu and filter display, product cards, and featured items.
Click Settings.
Click Ordering page.
As you make changes, a save bar appears at the top of the page. Click Save to apply everything at once, or Discard to undo your changes. Uploaded images are the exception; they save immediately.
Header banner
The header banner is the image shown at the top of the ordering page.
Tick or untick Show header banner on ordering page. It's on by default; turn it off for a cleaner layout without a banner image.
If it's on, upload a location placeholder image (recommended size 2400 × 500px).
Click Save.
Menu selector display
If your menu is split into sections customers switch between — for example lunch, dinner and drinks — choose how that switcher looks.
Dropdown (default). Sections are chosen from a dropdown.
Badges. Sections are shown as a scrollable row of pills instead.
Filter display
Customers can filter your menu by allergens and dietary options. Choose how those filters appear.
Dropdown (default). Filters sit in a popover beside search.
Badges. Filters are shown as selectable pills above the menu.
Product popup style
When a customer taps a menu item, its details open in a popup.
Choose Classic or Modern (default); pick whichever best matches the rest of your storefront.
Quick add
Off by default. When Allow customers to add simple products in one click is enabled, products that don't need any choices (for example a bottled drink) get a quick add button on the ordering page, so one tap adds them straight to the cart.
Products with required options, a preselected option, variants, or bundles with choices still show a View button instead, so the customer can make their selection first.
Bundle item images
Off by default. If you sell bundles, turning Show product images inside bundles on shows each choice inside a bundle with its own product image on the ordering page.
Pickup without an address
Off by default. Normally customers enter an address so pickup locations can be sorted by distance.
Turning Allow pick-up without an address on lets them pick a location from the list first, without entering an address. The address field stays available afterwards for distance-based sorting.
Product cards
Product cards are the individual items shown inside each menu section on the ordering page. This doesn't affect the popup that opens when a customer taps an item.
Card size
Standard (default) or large
Section layout
Grid (default) shows two cards per row on wider screens
List shows one card per row
Quick add button position
The corner the Quick add/View button sits in: bottom right (default), bottom left, top right, or top left
Show image (on by default)
When on, you can upload a product placeholder image (500 × 500px), used when a product has no image of its own, and choose whether the image sits on the right (default) or left of the card
Show description (on by default)
When on, choose how many lines to show: 1, 2 (default), or 3
Show price (on by default)
Show calories (on by default)
Show allergen badges (off by default)
Show dietary badges (off by default)
Sort order
Drag to reorder the title, price & calories, badges, and description on the card
Font sizes
Set the title, price & calories, and description text to small, medium (default), or large
Click Save once you're happy with your changes.
Featured items
Show featured products in a carousel above the menu.
Tick or untick Enable badges on top 3 featured products. This shows a badge, like "#1 most liked", on your three top-ranked featured items.
If badges are on, you can edit the text for each rank. Defaults are "#1 most liked", "#2 most liked" and "#3 most liked".
Click Save.
