Welcome to Zapiet Eats! This guide will walk you through how our app transforms your Shopify store into a fully functional restaurant ordering system, from initial setup to managing complex kitchen workflows.

Zapiet Eats is designed to bridge the gap between your online storefront and your physical kitchen operations. It allows you to manage real-time orders, schedule menus, and coordinate local delivery or pickup—all within the Shopify ecosystem you already use.

How Zapiet Eats works: The core workflow

  1. Menu & schedule creation: You build a digital menu that can change based on the time of day or the specific location.

  2. The customer experience: Customers use the Zapiet Eats widget on your theme to choose between pickup and delivery and select a time slot that fits your kitchen's availability.

  3. Order management: Once an order is placed, it appears in your orders page, where your staff can accept or decline it in real-time.

  4. Fulfillment & printing: Use our advanced settings to print order tickets for the kitchen.
