Review your restaurants orders, cancellations and feedback

Review the total orders, sales, cancellations and feedback for your restaurants in the reports tab. You can filter the reports by the date or by restaurant.


View reports

  1. Click Reports.

  2. If needed, filter by date.
    Next to Date range, click the dates.


  3. Select a date.

  4. To choose a range of dates, select the start date and the end date.

  5. If needed, change the restaurants view.
    Next to Restaurant, click the restaurant name.

  6. Select the restaurant(s) you would like to view.

The reports have now been filtered to your selected date(s) and restaurant(s). You can now view the reports for:


Total orders

The total orders chart shows the total value of all the orders received on a day. You can hover over each column to see the exact value and the restaurant it comes from.

Below the graph, you can find a list of all the orders in the time frame, including the order number, customer name, delivery option, order total, gratuity, and order date.


Cancellations

The cancellations chart shows the number of orders cancelled.

You can hover over the column to see the exact number and the restaurant the values come from.

Under the chart, you can view the order number, restaurant, reason for cancellation and the order date.


Customer feedback

You can search by customer name or email to view their feedback, or you can also filter by the number of stars given in a review.

You can hover over the column to see the restaurant the feedback is for.

Under the chart, you can view the customer, restaurant, rating out of 5, comments left, and the order date.
