Zapiet Eats sends customer-facing emails about order status changes.
We send the following notifications:
HTML is supported in Zapiet Eats emails.
Add logo
You can access your customer notifications in the settings, and change the logo and the accent color.
Click Settings.
In the Advanced section, click Notifications.
Under Logo image, click Add image or drop images to upload.
If you need to remove it, click Remove logo. To replace the logo, click the image.
Adjust the logo width if needed.
Click Save changes.
Your customer notifications should now include the logo. You can preview it within each notification's page.
Order ready for pickup
We send an Order ready for pickup email when the order is marked as ready for pickup in Zapiet Eats.
You can preview and edit your Order ready for pickup email notification.
In Settings > Notifications > Customer notifications, click Ready for pickup.
You can see what the email will look like to the customer.
To customize the email, click Edit code.
Click Preview template to see what the email will look like after customizing it.
Once you've made the changes, click Save.
Your Order ready for pickup email notification should look similar to the one below.
Order picked up
We send an Order picked up email when the order is marked as picked up in Zapiet Eats
You can preview and edit your Order picked up email notification.
In Settings > Notifications > Customer notifications, click Order picked up.
You can see what the email will look like to the customer.
To customize the email, click Edit code.
Click Preview template to see what the email will look like after customizing it.
Once you've made the changes, click Save.
Your order picked-up email notification should look similar to the one below.
Out for delivery
We send an Out for delivery email when the order is marked as out for delivery in Zapiet Eats.
You can preview and edit your Out for delivery email notification.
In Settings > Notifications > Customer notifications, click Out for delivery.
You can see what the email will look like to the customer.
To customize the email, click Edit code.
Click Preview template to see what the email will look like after customizing it.
Once you've made the changes, click Save.
Your Out for delivery email notification should look similar to the one below.
Order delivered
We send an Order delivered email when the order is marked as out for delivery in Zapiet Eats.
You can preview and edit your Order delivered email notification.
In Settings > Notifications > Customer notifications, click Order delivered.
You can see what the email will look like to the customer.
To customize the email, click Edit code.
Click Preview template to see what the email will look like after customizing it.
Once you've made the changes, click Save.
Your Order delivered email notification should look similar to the one below.
Order accepted
We recommend disabling this notification if you have Automatically accept incoming orders setting enabled, as customers will also receive the Shopify order confirmation email. Take a look at our Email notifications guide for more information.
We send an Order accepted email when the order is automatically accepted or manually marked as accepted in Zapiet Eats, depending on your order processing settings.
You can preview and edit your Order accepted email notification.
In Settings > Notifications > Customer notifications, click Order accepted.
You can see what the email will look like to the customer.
To customize the email, click Edit code.
Click Preview template to see what the email will look like after customizing it.
Once you've made the changes, click Save.
Your Order accepted email notification should look similar to the one below.
Order declined
We send an Order declined email when the order is manually declined in Zapiet Eats, if you've set your order processing to manual.
We send an Order declined email when the order automatically accepted or manually marked as accepted in Zapiet Eats, depending on your order processing settings.
You can preview and edit your Order declined email notification.
In Settings > Notifications > Customer notifications, click Order declined.
You can see what the email will look like to the customer.
To customize the email, click Edit code.
Click Preview template to see what the email will look like after customizing it.
Once you've made the changes, click Save.
