Zapiet Eats discounts apply automatically when an order matches the locations, delivery options, and days you choose. Customers see the discount code in the cart and at checkout.
Use this for a location-specific offer, a pick-up only discount, or a weekday promotion.
Before you begin
Add the locations the discount should cover.
Staff who create discounts need permission for Settings.
Create a discount
In Zapiet Eats, go to Settings > Discounts.
Click Create discount.
In Discount code, enter the code customers will see.
Choose Percentage or Fixed amount.
Enter the Discount value.
Optionally enter a Minimum order value (optional). Leave it empty to apply the discount to any order value.
Under Applies to delivery options, select Pick-up, Delivery, and Dine-in as needed. Select at least one.
Under Applies to these locations, select All locations or Specific locations.
If you chose Specific locations, select at least one location.
Under Applies on, choose Every day, Specific days of the week, or Specific dates.
Click Save.
The discount is created as Active.
Limit the discount to locations
Open the discount.
Select Specific locations.
Select the locations.
Click Save.
Only orders for those locations receive the discount.
Limit the discount by day
Open the discount.
Under Applies on, select Specific days of the week or Specific dates.
Select the days or add the dates.
Click Save.
Every day applies on any order date that matches the other rules.
Save a draft
If the discount should not apply yet, use Save as draft. The status is Draft. Select it on the discounts list and click Set as active when you are ready. To pause an active discount, select it and click Set as draft.
Delete a discount
In Zapiet Eats, go to Settings > Discounts.
Select the discount.
Click Delete discount.
Review the deletion warning and click Confirm.
This cannot be undone.
What customers see
When the order matches the rules, Zapiet Eats applies the discount automatically. Customers see the discount code in the cart and at checkout.
