Last mile delivery lets you connect a delivery partner so drivers can collect orders from your locations. Use this only if Last mile delivery appears under Settings. If it is not listed, the feature is not on your account.

To connect a partner, you may need to enter an API key from your partner account or sign in on their website. After you connect, assign the locations that should use that partner.

Last mile delivery must appear in Settings.

Turn on Delivery for at least one location. See <a href="https://support.zapiet.com/eats/en/articles/8979855" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Configure local delivery</a>.

Have the partner account details ready. Some partners need an API key. Others open a sign-in page.

Staff need permission for Settings.

In Zapiet Eats, go to Settings &gt; Last mile delivery.

Use Search carriers if you want to find a partner by name.

Optionally filter by Location or Trusted partner.

Click Activate for the partner you want.

Click Learn more about the partner if you want their website.

Under Authentication, enter the API key, client ID, or client secret the page asks for. Some partners send you to their site to approve access instead.

3. Click Activate for that partner.

When the connection succeeds, Zapiet Eats shows the partner as Active.

Click Configure settings if you are returning from the list.

Under Locations, select the locations the partner should deliver for.

Enter Contact name and Contact phone for each selected location so the driver can reach the collection point.

5. Click Save.

The partner delivers only for the locations you select. If no delivery locations appear, enable Delivery on a location first.

After a partner is Active, you may also see:

Delivery rates: whether the partner calculates checkout rates, and optional handling fees or free delivery.

Packaging: a default package size and optional weight-based rules.

Tracking details: whether to add tracking to the Shopify order.

Change only the sections that appear for that partner, then click Save.

1. Open the partner.
2. Click Disable for that partner.

The partner stops receiving new deliveries from Zapiet Eats.
