Standards and formats control how Zapiet Eats shows distance and time. Distance format changes how a pick-up or delivery radius is labeled. Time format changes how slots and hours appear to customers and staff.
Use this when your locations use miles instead of kilometers, or when you want a 24-hour clock.
Before you begin
Staff who change these settings need permission for Settings.
Choose distance and time formats
In Zapiet Eats, go to Settings > Standards and formats.
Under Distance format, select Kilometers or Miles.
Under Time format, select 12-hour clock or 24-hour clock.
Click Save.
12-hour clock shows times such as 9:30 AM. 24-hour clock shows times such as 09:30.
How this affects customers and staff
Customers see times on the widget and ordering page in the format you chose. Radius and distance text use kilometers or miles.
Staff see the same time format on schedules, slots, and reports that show times.
After you change Distance format, open each location and confirm pick-up and delivery radius values still match how you want to serve the area. See Configure pick-up and Configure local delivery.
