After checkout, Shopify shows a thank-you page and an order status page. Add the Zapiet Eats app block so customers can see their pick-up or delivery details, and leave a review when the order is eligible.
You need permission to manage apps on the Shopify store, and permission to edit checkout settings, so you can open Edit checkout.
Add the app block
In Zapiet Eats, go to Settings > Reviews, or open Settings > Themes.
Open the Order status page section.
Select the checkout configuration.
Click Edit checkout.
In the page list, select Order Status.
Click Add app block.
Select Order tracker and reviews from Zapiet Eats.
Click Save.
Add the same block on the thank-you page if Shopify shows that page separately.
Customers who open the order status page after checkout now see their Zapiet Eats pick-up or delivery details.
What customers see
The block shows the location and schedule the customer chose. If you collect reviews, customers can also rate the order from this page.
