Order is not appearing in Zapiet dashboard

In some cases, your customers will be able to bypass our widget on your cart page. When customers bypass our widget, the order will not be processed by our app. 

That means the order 

  • Will have no information about the method (date/time)
  • Will not show in our app 
  • Will not be tagged
  • Will not be sent to any connected partners

In that case, we will be showing the Fallback rates if you're using Store Pickup + Delivery rates functionality.
