A bundle groups products so customers can order them together. A choice bundle is a combo: customers pick from groups, such as a main and a side. Product choices attach those groups to products already on the menu.
Add bundles on the menu you already designed. They appear in a menu section like any other item.
Before you begin
Create a menu with at least one section and the products you want in the bundle.
Choose the bundle type
In Menus, open your menu and find Meal deals and bundles. Click Create bundle.
Create bundle always offers these types:
Fixed bundle for a set combination of products.
Choice bundle for a combo customers configure.
Product choices to attach add-on groups to existing menu products.
Then follow the matching steps below.
Create a fixed bundle
Enter the Bundle name and Bundle price.
Choose the section in Add to section.
Select the products to include and set the quantity of each.
Click Confirm to add the bundle to the menu changes.
Click Save on the menu page.
The bundle contains the products you selected. Use a choice bundle when customers should choose between several mains or sides.
Create a choice bundle
In Zapiet Eats, go to Menus.
Open the menu from Menus.
In Meal deals and bundles, click Create bundle.
Choose Choice bundle.
Enter a Title and Price.
Choose a Menu section.
Under Main items, enter a Group label, then click Add main items and select products. The customer picks one main.
Under Sides, click Create side.
Enter a Side name and add products with Add products. Turn on Required if the customer must choose from this group. To let them choose more than one item, enable Allow multiple selections and set Max selections. Click Save in the side dialog.
Add any other side groups. Set Status to Published when the bundle is ready to sell, or Draft to keep working on it.
Click Save on the bundle page.
Give each side a name customers will understand, such as Choose a drink. Check the preview as you build the bundle.
If a choice costs extra, open the price control beside that item, enter the Fixed amount, and click Create charge. To change an existing charge, click Update charge in that dialog. Save the bundle after changing its items or charges.
Create product choices
Use Product choices to show add-on groups on products already on the menu, such as extras for a burger or drink.
In Meal deals and bundles, click Create bundle.
Choose Product choices.
Enter a Title.
Under Menu products, click Add products and select the items that show these groups.
Under Sides, click Create side and add the groups customers pick from, as you would for a choice bundle.
Set Status to Published when the choices are ready to sell, or Draft to keep working on them.
Click Save.
Customers see those groups when they open one of the selected menu products, not as a separate bundle item.
What customers see
For a fixed bundle, customers add the preset combination of products to the cart.
For a choice bundle, customers open the bundle, pick from each group, and add the combo to the cart. Required sides must be selected before they can continue.
On product choices, customers open one of the selected menu products and pick from those groups. They do not add a separate bundle item.
Test the published bundle or product on an available menu: choose a main and the required sides, check any extra charges, and confirm the cart contains the choices you selected.
