Zapiet - Product Options can be a powerful tool to upsell your products and improve your average order value. You can easily offer your customers the option to personalize their order to make it more special for their loved ones. 

In this tutorial, we will show you how you can easily upsell a gift card and allow your customers to add a text message.

Click Option groups, then Create option group.

Add an Option group name, this will not be visible to your customers.

Select whether you want to apply this gift card to all products or only the specific ones. 

Click Create options. Now, we will show you how to create options for a gift card.

Click Create a new option, then Next to continue.

Select a suitable option type. We will select Radio buttons.

Add an Option name and Option values. We will add options so customers can choose between a birthday card, anniversary card or Valentine's Day card.

You can add pricing add-ons for gift card options.

1. Click Option groups, then Create option group.

We can use conditional activation to hide the text message field until customers choose their card type.

On the option group page, open the text message option.

Click Enable conditional activation.

Set the conditional activations rules according to our example.
