To speed up setup, we recommend using our Zapiet AI setup wizard. You can provide a brief description of your requirements and we will do the rest.
In the app dashboard, click Use Zapiet AI setup wizard on the setup guide window, or AI setup if the setup window is closed.
Choose an option, or write your own description of your needs. If you choose an option, our AI will ask you detailed questions to follow up and understand your requirements.
You can choose from:Create a zone
Create rates
Full setup
Answer Zapiet AI in as much detail as you need. When all questions have been answered, Zapiet AI will provide a summary.
Check to make sure everything has been included, and confirm when correct.
Check the zones and rates to ensure they have been created correctly. If you want to make any adjustments, you can reopen your conversation from Dashboard > AI setup, or Zones and rates > AI setup.
If needed, you can copy the chat transcript or send a copy of the chat transcript to one of our advisors. Click "..." at the top right of the AI setup modal to access these options.
Notes
There is no limit to the number of conversations.
Multiple conversations can be started with the AI, and existing conversations can be reopened.
The AI can:
Create zones and rates with multiple postal codes and rates
Change zip code matching type and currency
Detect overlapping postal codes
Move postal codes from one zone to another
Adjust the rates
Recognize if gaps within the rates are present
We recommend verifying the AI-generated information by reviewing the zones it created or edited.
Limitations
The AI cannot enable the Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery integration for you, but it can provide instructions for you to set it up.
