You can add Zapiet - Product Options as a tile on POS to customise your products in the cart.
Requirements
Your Shopify POS app must be updated to the latest version.
Your device must be updated to the latest operating system version.
Add POS tile
Within the Shopify POS app, tap Add tile.
Tap App.
Tap Zapiet - Product Options.
Click Add.
Click Save.
Our POS tile should now be showing on your home screen.
Add Zapiet - Product Options details to a product
Add the item(s) to the cart.
Within the POS Home screen, click Zapiet - Product Options tile.
Select the product in your cart to customize with product options.
You will be able to add all the options available for this product. Make the changes, then click Edit options.
On the overview screen, you will be able to see all the options you've added for this product.
If you're selling multiple items, select another product and repeat step 4.
After all the options were added, close the Zapiet - Product Options tile.
Open the cart page.
Continue to the checkout and complete the order.
Limitations
Conditional activation is not supported when using Shopify POS.
The upload file option type is not supported on Shopify POS. If you have an option set with this option type, the upload file option will be hidden on POS.
Troubleshooting
If the tile is not loading or there is a visible error message, make sure that:
Your POS app is updated and using the latest available version.
Your device is updated and using the latest operating system version.
You have deleted and re-added the Zapiet - Product Options POS tile to your home screen.
You have deleted and reinstalled the Shopify POS app.
