Zapiet Eats allows you to collect customer feedback by sending an email or by using our customer feedback widget.
Requirements
To enable the app block, you will need to have permission to manage apps from the store owner.
Enable customer feedback emails
Zapiet Eats can send an email asking customers to provide feedback about their orders.
Click Settings, then Customer feedback.
In Customer feedback section, Click Enable.
Tick Send an email to customers asking for feedback setting.
Add how soon after placing an order the customer should receive an email asking for feedback.
In the Preferences section, select if the email should include a Star rating or a Comment field.
Click Save.

Disable customer feedback emails
The customer feedback emails will now be disabled.
Enable customer feedback order status widget
You can add our customer feedback widget to the order status page. Your customers will be able to leave feedback after their order is collected or delivered.
Click Settings, then Customer feedback.
Click Enabled.
In the Customer feedback widget section, click Edit checkout.
Click Checkout, then Order status.
Click Sections.
Click Add app block.
Click the Customer feedback by Zapiet Eats to enable our widget.
You will see our widget at the order status page.
Click Save.
The Zapiet Eats customer feedback widget is now enabled on your order status page and will show after the order has been completed.
Disable customer feedback order status widget
In Zapiet Eats > Settings > Customer feedback, click Edit checkout.
Click Checkout, then Order status.
Click Sections.
Click Customer feedback by Zapiet Eats.
Click Remove app block.
Click Save.
The Zapiet Eats customer feedback widget is now disabled on your order status page.
