There are several reasons why this error can occur, but fear not all are simple fixes and you should be able to offer pickup again in a few clicks!
Inventory locations are not connected
This error can be caused when you are using our multi-location inventory plan and the outlets within our app are not connected to the locations that you have configured inside of Shopify. Without the connection the app cannot return any inventory levels for any locations and will advise your customers that pickup is not available.
Simply head to Settings > Inventory where you are able to connect your outlets to your Shopify stock locations:
