Bespoke Shipping is a fantastic app which provides fully customizable rates for all use cases, and has direct integrations with FedEx (inc SmartPost), UPS, USPS, Stamps.com, Canada Post, Purolator, Postmates, Printful, Shipwire, Temando, Australia Post (Retail and eParcel rates), Hunter Express, Startrack, Fastway (AU), TOLL, DHL Express, NetParcel, Aramex, Correios, Oak Harbor Freight and Collivery!

You will need an API key from Bespoke Shipping to be able to complete this tutorial. To obtain your API key please email [email protected]

Please note that Bespoke Shipping can be used interchangeably to calculate both delivery and shipping rates

How to enable Bespoke Shipping

Within Store Pickup + Delivery click Rates

Scroll down to the Shipping section of the page

Click Add custom carrier

Click Add carrier next to Bespoke Shipping

Enter your Bespoke API key and click Enable Bespoke Shipping rates

Click Save changes

Login to the Bespoke Shipping app and click Disable Shipping Rates at the top of the screen

If you do not click the disable shipping rates button within Bespoke Shipping then your rates would be duplicated and they would appear when pickup is selected. We've explained this in more detail below.

This last step may seem counter intuitive, but we promise you we aren't loosing our minds. Traditionally Bespoke Shipping would calculate your rates and send them back directly to Shopify. In order for us to only display shipping rates when shipping is chosen and delivery rates when delivery is chosen, we instead route Better Shippings rates through Store Pickup + Delivery and return the rates ourselves.

Disable Bespoke Shipping

Click Edit next to Bespoke Shipping 

Uncheck Enable Bespoke Shipping rates

Click Save changes

Login to Bespoke Shipping and click Enable Shipping Rates
