We provide five delivery validation methods:

  • No validation
  • Customer within max radius
  • Customer within max driving distance
  • Exact postal code matching
  • Partial postal code matching

How to switch validation methods

Within the app click Settings

Scroll down to the Delivery section and locate the Validation block

Select your preferred validation method from the list

Click Save

No Validation

With this option selected your customers will not be asked to validate their postal code or address before proceeding to the checkout.


If you have our delivery date and time picker enabled your customers will
still be required to select their preferred date and time before proceeding to the checkout. 

Customer within max radius

Selecting this validation method will cause an additional input field to appear within the widget. Your customers will be asked to enter their postal code into this field before checking out. We will then check to ensure the customers postal code is located within your maximum delivery radius. 

Configuring maximum delivery radius

Your maximum delivery radius is unique to each outlet, and is calculated "as the crow flies". Follow the instructions below to learn how to configure your maximum delivery radius. 

Within the app click Outlets

Click on one of your outlets' names to reveal the edit page

Locate the field called Maximum distance, as the crow flies

Enter your maximum delivery radius into this field and click Save

Customer within max driving distance 

Selecting this validation method will cause an additional input field to appear within the widget. Your customers will be asked to enter their postal code into this field before checking out. We will then check to ensure the customers postal code is located within your maximum driving distance. 

Configuring max driving distance

Within the app click Outlets

Click on one of your outlets' names to reveal the edit page

Locate the field called Maximum driving distance

Enter your maximum driving distance into this field and click Save

Exact postal code matching

Selecting this validation method will cause an additional input field to appear within the widget. Your customers will be asked to enter their postal code into this field before checking out. We will then check to ensure the customers postal code matches exactly to one of the postal codes you have specified within your outlets.

Specifying exact postal codes

Within the app click Outlets

Click on one of your outlets' names to reveal the edit page

Locate the field called Eligible postal codes (exact matching)

Enter a comma separated list of your valid postal codes into this field and click Save

Partial postal code matching

Selecting this validation method will cause an additional input field to appear within the widget. Your customers will be asked to enter their postal code into this field before checking out. We will then check to ensure the customers postal code matches partially to one of the postal codes you have specified within your outlets.

Specifying partial postal codes

Within the app click Outlets

Click on one of your outlets' names to reveal the edit page

Locate the field called Eligible postal codes (partial matching)

Enter a comma separated list of your valid postal codes into this field and click Save
