I see an error "Sorry, we could not find any pickup locations."

A quick troubleshooting guide as to what can cause this error and how to resolve it

There are several reasons why this error can occur, but fear not all are simple fixes and you should be able to offer pickup again in a few clicks!

 

 

Inventory locations are not connected

This error can be caused when you are using our multi-location inventory plan and the outlets within our app are not connected to the locations that you have configured inside of Shopify. Without the connection the app cannot return any inventory levels for any locations and will advise your customers that pickup is not available.

Login to Store Pickup + Delivery and click Settings at the top of the screen

 

 

Click Inventory:

 

 

Click Connect Shopify:

 

 

Select your location from the drop down menu:


 

Click Save
