How to disable pickup security code

If you do not require customer verification during order pickup, then you can disable the pickup security code feature by following this guide.

  1. Login to Store Pickup + Delivery and click Settings
  2. Click Store Pickup
  3. Scroll down to the Security and fraud prevention section and uncheck Enable pickup security code
  4. Click Save

Customers will no longer receive a security code when you mark an order as ready for pickup and your bricks and mortar staff won't be asked to enter a code.
