Our pickup emails support valid HTML, CSS, and only a handful text-based liquid variables. Image-based variables such as line item images and the store logo do not work because Shopify doesn’t give us a way to get them.

We want to improve the email experience, and we are exploring ways to improve them.

If you’d like to show your logo in pickup notifications, please manually add a link to your logo image.

Please proceed only if you're comfortable working with code—alternatively, contact us on [email protected] and we'd be happy to help.

  1. Go to Shopify admin > Settings > Notifications and click Customize.

  2. Right click on the logo and click Copy image address.

  3. Go to Store Pickup + Delivery > Settings > Notifications and click Order ready for pickup.

  4. Search for the <img src="{{shop.email_logo_url}}" alt="{{ shop.name }}" width="{{ shop.email_logo_width }}">.

  5. Instead of the {{shop.email_logo_url}}, add the link address from the logo in Shopfy, including the quotation marks.

  6. Instead of the {{ shop.email_logo_width }} add 200, including the quotation marks.

  7. Remove the if clause around the logo: {% if shop.email_logo_url %}, {% else %} and {% endif %}.

  8. Search for <a href="{{shop.url}}">{{ shop.name }}</a>.

  9. Replace {{ shop.url }} with your actual store URL in the following format: https://marijas-coconuts.myshopify.com, including the quotation marks.

  10. Search for <td class="link__cell"><a href="{{ shop.url }}".

  11. Replace {{ shop.url }} with your actual store URL in the following format: https://marijas-coconuts.myshopify.com, including the quotation marks.

  12. Remove the if clause around the shop URL: {% if shop.url %} and {% endif %}.

  13. Search for <a href="mailto:{{ shop.email }}">{{ shop.email }}</a>.

  14. Replace the {{ shop.email }} in both places with your actual store email address.

  15. Search for <img src="https://pos.storepickup.io/images/spacer.png" class="spacer" height="1" /> and remove it.

Your ready for pickup email should now look similar to this:

Similarly, you can add the logo to your picked up email notification.
