Once you have completed the initial installation process the next steps before you can add a rate is to add a zone, this defines the zip/postal codes from where your rate is generated.
Note: If you’re using Store Pickup + Delivery you still need to complete this step. We are working on a feature for future revisions that will allow you to import the zones or defined zip/postal codes from your locations but right now you do need to enter them manually.
To start simply click the Add Zones and configure rates button:
Give the zone a name, enter the zip codes (separated by commas) that are active for this zone and decide if you want this zone to be active yet (you can leave it disable if you don't want to deliver to this zone just yet).
Once you have entered these details simply select the Create zone button. The page will reload and you can begin to add your rates.
