Once you have completed the initial installation process the next steps before you can add a rate is to add an outlet, this serves as the ‘base’, a starting point, from where your rates will be generated. This location could be your store, kitchen, warehouse or any point at which you want to begin the measurement process.
Note: If you’re using Store Pickup + Delivery you still need to complete this step. We are working on a feature for future revisions that will allow you to import your locations but right now you do need to enter them manually.
To start simply click the Add Outlets and configure rates button:
Enter your outlets basic address details, you won’t be able to add a rate until you have initially created the outlet. Once you’re address details are entered scroll to the bottom of the page and select Create Outlet.
Once the page re-loads the Rates section becomes active and you can begin to create your distance based rates.
